By joining, I authorize Portalupi Wine Co. to automatically bill my credit card 2 weeks prior to the shipment of my wines. I understand that three times each year I will automatically receive the next installment of my subscription unless I request otherwise. I am committing to at least 1 full year of shipments. Exact cost will vary according to the individual wines selected for the specific shipment. Applicable taxes will be added to the wines prices. I understand by law that it is necessary to have a person 21 year of age or older to sign for the shipment. I understand that my subscription must be cancelled 30 days prior to the next scheduled shipment by contacting Portalupi in writing, either mail or email. Subscription is not cancelled until you receive confirmation of cancellation from Portalupi. There is a $50 cancellation fee if membership is cancelled prior to the full year of shipments. (For Alaska and Hawaii, we apply 2 day air shipping charges)
